Ameba ZII series is a highly integrated single-chip with a low power 1×1 2.4GHz 802.11n Wireless LAN (WLAN) network controller. It combines a Real-M300 (KM4) CPU which is based on ARMv8-M architecture, WLAN MAC, a 1T1R capable WLAN baseband, RF circuit, and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) in a single chip. It also provides a bunch of configurable GPIOs which are configured as digital peripherals for different applications and control usage.
